The platform gives affected individuals, exposed contacts, public health administrators, and epidemiologist teams role-based digital experiences supported by a common data and workflow foundation. Individuals can self-report symptoms, submit daily health checks, and receive real-time guidance via mobile, web, and automated SMS/text. Public health staff and call center agents can execute phone intakes, cross-reference infected individuals with known contacts, map exposure networks, coordinate testing, and trigger automated follow-ups for non-responsive individuals. Agency leaders gain a connected view of active cases, symptomatic individuals, population health trends, outbreak hot spots, and contact tracing progress.
