MTX Vaccine Management
A configurable platform for connected public health and immunization administration

MTX Vaccine Management helps public health agencies oversee end-to-end vaccination programs through a shared digital platform built on Salesforce Government Cloud. The solution connects provider enrollment and allocations, vaccine ordering and inventory management, appointment scheduling, patient registration and screening, clinic operations (including static, mobile, and drive-thru PODs), immunization tracking, automated reminders, state registry reporting, and operational analytics. Agencies may implement the capabilities that fit their current priorities and add other modules as public health needs, policies, and distribution protocols evolve.
The platform gives patients, participating clinics, healthcare providers, and health agency administrators role-based digital experiences supported by a common data and workflow foundation. Patients can search for clinics and available slots by location, complete online screening and consent forms, self-schedule appointments (including multi-dose series), check in remotely, and receive confirmation QR codes along with follow-up SMS/email reminders. Participating clinics and PODs can maintain clinic locations, manage vaccine inventory, configure appointment slots, scan QR codes to execute vaccinations, and manage decremented doses. Health agencies gain a connected view across prioritization criteria, CDC provider enrollment agreements, allocation strategies, inventory supply chains, temperature excursion events, lost dose tracking, and immunization registry rollups. Reusable workflows, portal patterns, integration components, dashboards, and implementation assets can reduce the amount of functionality that must be designed from the beginning for each deployment.
How the Platform Helps
MTX Vaccine Management is designed to help public health agencies replace disconnected systems and manual processes with coordinated workflows across immunization initiatives. Shared provider and inventory records reduce duplicate data entry, while configurable rules support differences in prioritization frameworks (e.g., medical officials, essential workers, vulnerable populations, educators), CDC distribution guidelines, regional clinic setups, and local public health policies. Dashboards and operational reporting give program leaders real-time visibility into vaccine distribution, dose allocation, administration metrics, inventory decrements, and population coverage.
