Women in Tech Training Program

Women in Tech Training Program

Designed to help women launch, restart, or advance their tech careers, the program provides technical and business training paired with hands-on experience. Each year, MTX invites 20 to 30 participants from select communities to join.

Beyond teaching core technical skills, the program builds confidence, supports professional growth, and prepares women to take on leadership roles in the industry.

By combining practical learning with career development, the initiative creates clear pathways into tech and empowers participants to shape their own professional futures.

Empowering Youth with AI Training

The MTX Youth AI Training Program provides real-world training to middle and high school students. Our goal is to shape future generations with an investment of our time, experience, and real-world use cases. We bring training sessions to their communities for equal access.

MTX facilitated hands-on AI training for the Bronx middle school students, making emerging technologies more accessible while inspiring curiosity, building future-ready skills, and opening doors to new opportunities.

Message from Bronx Council Member Kevin Riley [Bronx Times]

This partnership is about changing that narrative by giving our students direct access to advanced AI education, real-world tools, and opportunities that prepare them for the future economy now, not later. I am proud to partner with MTX Group and Generation Acceleration (nonprofit entity) on an initiative that is helping bridge the digital divide while investing in the talent, creativity, and potential that already exists within our communities.

When we create pathways like this for our youth, we are expanding access to technology and building the next generation of leaders, innovators, and changemakers right here in the Bronx.

GLOBAL INITIATIVE

100 Schools by 2030 with the Nobel Institute [501(c)(3)]

At its core, education serves as the cornerstone of human progress. Partnering with the Nobel Institute, our mission is to make a lasting, positive impact on 100 schools by 2030 through key initiatives:

  • Upgrading existing infrastructure via capital funding
  • Funding the construction of brand-new educational facilities
  • Delivering operational tech assistance and integrated tech solutions
  • Offering specialized instruction in AI and cutting-edge technologies

Message from our Founder & CEO, Das Nobel:

“My commitment to education stems from my early upbringing, guided by parents who strongly valued learning and ensured I had equal opportunities to succeed. After immigrating to the United States in the 1990s, my father—formerly a teacher in Bangladesh—sacrificed his career to work as a dishwasher to support our family. Deeply grateful for his dedication, I established the 100 Schools initiative to expand educational access worldwide.”
